We ship within two business days of ordering. We typically ship Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

We are a very small team so unforeseen delays can occur occasionally.

Our samples are shipped in Canada via Canada Post letter mail. This option does not include tracking. If you would like tracking please use expedited shipping.

In the US all orders are sent with tracking.

We are unable to do returns on products unless there is a problem with manufacture.

The nature of scents means not only does everyone has their own particular tastes but perfumes smell different on each individual wearer.

For this reason we highly suggest buying a sample if you want to try a fragrance.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.

We offer pre-orders on items which are currently out of stock. Pre-orders require payment to be made to complete the order. Please kindly note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.

We try our best to provide accurate dates and continued update, ship dates are not guaranteed and delays can occur.

We will ship your order as soon as the pre-ordered item becomes available. If your order contains preorder items and instock items, the order will ship when all items are in stock.

All of our products are made by hand in our scent studio located in Edmonton, Canada.

They are made in the same way as many "Clean" scents, phthalate & paraben free, vegan and adhering to a strict international fragrance regulations and guidelines. While it's use has been growing, we do not use the term clean to describe our fragrances.

We do not use the term clean because it has no legal definition and is often used by brands as a term to evoke fear in their customers. It is often promoted in a way that makes it seem as though fragrances are not regulated to monitor for health and safety of customers (they are). You are not dirty for using other perfume brands and not any more pure for using ours. Wear what makes you feel good.

Every part of the process is done locally and in house. The experimenting, blending, mixing and packaging are all done by hand in very small batches, usually 100 or so bottles.

A mixture of essential oils  and carefully chosen aroma molecules are weighed, mixed and diluted with pure perfumers alcohol. The mixture is then aged to allow proper unification between essential oils and the carrier before it is bottled and ready to apply.

All of our packaging besides the sprayers and rollers are 100% recyclable. Please recycle when you are finished with your bottle & box. We are currently working on a bottle recycling program. Stay tuned!

All of our products are vegan and cruelty free. No animal by product is used in their formulas or manufacture.

No animal testing by us or any third party is done on our products.

We are proudly Leaping Bunny certified which means we have third party monitoring ensuring our dedication to our products remaining cruelty free.

Perfumes can last an incredibly long time if taken care of. If perfumes are stored to avoid fluctuations in heat humidity and avoiding light they can last many years.

Store your scents in a cool, dark place. Avoid storing scents in the bathroom and you can enjoy them for many years.
