Production & Operations Assistant Role

Summary

Libertine Fragrance is an independent fragrance company located in Edmonton, Ab. We craft unisex personal fragrances and incense that are inspired by the small moments of pleasure in everyday life. We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented individual to work in our studio bottling and assembling finished perfumes and incense, fulfilling ecommerce orders, maintaining and reporting on finished and inventory

Libertine Fragrance is a small company so the successful candidate will be working directly with the owner and will be responsible for a diversity of tasks. This role has the potential for growth within the business.

About the Job

Hours- Up to 20 hours per week (between 9-5, Monday’s- Friday’s)

Location- 100% on site (5420 82 ave, Edmonton Ab)

Starting Immediately

Responsibilites

• Bottling & packaging perfume & incense
• Reporting on and maintaining inventory of product components and finished product. 
• Receiving and analysis of raw materials. 
• Quality checks on all finished material 
• Processing and fulfilling d2c and wholesale order
• Some email based customer service will be required
• Some miscellaneous duties such a 

Characteristics

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Organized
• Detailed Oriented
• Systems Thinker
• Attention and care while performing repetitive tasks is critical. 
• Experience with Shopify or other similar ecommerce platforms is beneficial 
• Computer proficiency in Windows XP, Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel and Google Drive would be an asset
